Heya, how’s your week been, what did you get up to? This week has been so hectic for me, injuries, auditions, trampoline parks and essay writing. I haven’t done a makeup tutorial style post in a while, so that’s what I’m bringing you today! The cut crease eye makeup trend has swept across Instagram. It’s always been something that I’ve wanted to be able to do since it looked so pretty. I thought it would be harder than it really was, so with a bit more practice I hope to get better. Since I hadn’t attempted a cut crease before (this is my first time) I decided to go quite simple. I’m going to take you step by step through the process of creating a cut crease look. You can definitely swap out products for ones of your choice, but this is what I did to achieve the look above.
Quick little disclaimer: I know everyone says it but I’m no professional or makeup artist, this is me just experimenting and showing you what I did.
I did all my face makeup and eyebrows prior to the eye makeup and will have all the products I used linked below.
Make sure you blend the transition shades really well so it’s nice and seamless. Add more pigment to your liking, to make certain colours more intense.
I never normally wear lashes but i thought I’d give them a go for this look! It took me so long to get them on they still weren’t on too great. (haha!)

Now that I roughly know how to do a cut crease I reckon it will be my fav go-to look now (hehe!). I’m really liking doing makeup tutorials at the moment and since Coachella is coming up, do you want to see a Coachella inspired look? Let me know in the comments below! I think that’s all I have for you today but I want to quickly say a massive thank you. We hit 6k views this week and 100 followers on Bloglovin’!!!! I cannot believe it and as promised a giveaway will be on its way to celebrate my Bloglovin’ milestone. There will be updates on my Twitter, so to keep up to date you may want to follow. Speak to you next week!
